Preparation

Put the sample, turn on the light, use 100x immersion objective magnification, and set the lens focus. Move the field of view to the monolayer of cells.

Test execution

Open the test configuration panel (left bottom corner). Set Test type = Blood: CBC. Tap the main screen to return.

Let's check the app settings - push the gear icon in the right bottom corner to open the menu. Set Sensitivity in range 60-80%. Leave the other settings as they are.

At the first launch, the app will ask you to calibrate color. Move the field of view over an empty area and press Ok

If a cell was not detected, hold it with your finger for a few seconds

The test will automatically finished when you achieve configured number of cells.

Start your test using the Red Record Button Move your slide, controlling the focus. The app will automatically detect and count white blood cells. Finish your test (Stop button -> Complete) or the app will complete the test automatically (when reach configured number of Cells).
